User-Centered Design (UCD) is a design approach that focuses on the needs, behaviors, and goals of end users at every stage of the design process. It involves iterative feedback and testing to ensure that solutions meet user expectations and provide a positive experience. In addition to the key deliverables, UCD requires the ability to consult with people facilitating focus groups, interviews and contextual inquiry.
