What I Believe

I believe that learning is most powerful when it is accessible, inclusive, and connected to real human experiences. Throughout my career, I have worked at the intersection of strategy, learning, and equity, helping organizations build cultures of reflection, adaptation, and impact. Whether designing enterprise-wide learning initiatives, leading community-driven projects, or facilitating knowledge-sharing across teams, I focus on ensuring systems work for the people who rely on them. My work is driven by a deep curiosity about how people grow, how knowledge is shared, and how thoughtful evaluation can drive meaningful change.

Beyond my professional experience, I am committed to community-driven learning and mutual aid. I have been involved in the founding of a volunteer and resource-sharing network, worked on voter engagement initiatives, and supported efforts with organizations focused on health, education, and equity. My learning of community health has further shaped my understanding of the systemic barriers people face in accessing essential services—reinforcing my belief that learning and evaluation must be as much about uncovering gaps as it is about measuring success. At my core, I am motivated by collaboration, equity, and the belief that when people feel connected, supported, and heard, they thrive
