Innovation (Target): Artificial Intelligence

Implementing Microsoft Copilot in an enterprise unlocks significant potential by enhancing productivity, decision-making, and collaboration across teams. With its AI-driven capabilities, Copilot can automate routine tasks, streamline workflows, and provide intelligent insights from vast datasets, allowing employees to focus on strategic initiatives. By integrating seamlessly with familiar Microsoft tools, it empowers users to work smarter and faster, driving innovation and operational efficiency throughout the organization.

As part of an AI exploration working group, I have had an opportunity to evaluate the viability of Microsoft Copilot in an enterprise setting and have tested the platform’s impact on productivity in an organization of more than 400k team members.

I have also produced technical test cases for using AI platforms as a means of tracking best practices and managing governance. The integration of AI has the potential to eliminate vast libraries of templates and resources that are destined to be obsolete and abandoned on even the best managed intranet deployments. My application involved onboarding standards but the same can be true for nearly any function in any organization.
